NEW DELHI: Union minister Nitin Gadkari said on Tuesday that joint efforts by the Centre, state government, civic bodies and farmers may pave way for a sollution to the pollution problem in Delhi and NCR. “Solving Delhi’s pollution problem is a little difficult but not impossible. If central and state governments along with the municipal corporation and farmers make efforts, then we can solve the problem. We should forget politics and work together to find a way forward,” he said. “It’s our priority to solve air, water, and sound pollution. We are building roads worth Rs 60,000 crore around Delhi, which will make the area free from traffic jams. We brought electric vehicles and green hydrogen,” he added. (With inputs from agencies)
