NEW DELHI: A car was caught on camera driving with a person hanging on the bonnet for around two to three kilometres in Delhi, police said on Monday.The incident took place around 11 pm when the car was travelling from Ashram Chowk to Nizamuddin Dargah. The victim, however, did not suffer any injuries.A senior police official said, “The driver of the car has been identified and a case of rash and negligent driving has been lodged against him.”The incident has sparked outrage among people on social media, with many demanding strict action against the driver.However, the accused claimed that the victim intentionally jumped onto the car and refused to get down, while the victim accused the driver of starting the car while he was standing in front of it and driving it despite him clinging onto the bonnet.Watch Caught on cam: Man drives for 3 km with a person hanging on bonnet in Delhi
