An FIR has been registered under POSCO act.NEW DELHI: Two hawkers were arrested on Monday in connection with a gangrape of a minor in the national capital. A minor was raped by them in the New Delhi railway station area on August 7, reported ANI. The Delhi police said that an FIR has been registered under POSCO act and other sections.
