NEW DELHI: Delhi-NCR woke up to a thick layer of fog on Thursday morning. Foggy weather is quite unusual in the month of May in the region.The visibility was very low in some areas.This comes a day after Delhi witnessed its wettest day of the year. The national capital’s base station Safdarjung had recorded 20.9mm in nine hours, the highest single-day rainfall this year, surpassing 20.4mm reported on January 30.The Indian Metrological Department has predicted drizzle or very light rain at one or two places in the city and adjoining areas.
