NOIDA: Two men, Baburam (33) and Avneesh (32), both from the Badaun district in Uttar Pradesh, died from asphyxiation after a fire broke out in a warehouse that stored cartons in Greater Noida on Friday morning, according to police officials.”The fire broke out in the warehouse in village Milak Lachhi around 1.30am. A team of local police and firefighters rushed to the spot after which the blaze was brought under control,” the spokesperson said. “When the teams checked a room in the warehouse, two people were found there and both were immediately taken to community health centre in Bisrakh where the doctor declared them dead,” the official said. Both were found dead, most likely from asphyxiation, according to the authorities, in the warehouse’s smoke-filled area.Their families have been informed and the bodies sent for a post-mortem, the police said.
