NEW DELHI: A 19-year-old factory worker was stabbed to death by at least three men in Outer Delhi’s Narela Industrial area, police said on Thursday, adding no arrests have been made yet.On Tuesday, at 8.30 pm, police received a call from a hospital that a boy, aged 19 years, had dies of stab wounds. A team reached the hospital and the deceased was identified as Karan. He used to work in a cosmetics factory in Bawana, police said.Deputy commissioner of police (Outer North) Ravi Kumar said that at 8.15 pm, one boy went to the factory and asked the foreman to call Karan. “(In the CCTV footage,) Karan can be seen exiting the factory to meet that boy, and after a few minutes there was chaos and Karan was found to have been stabbed. He had multiple stab injuries on his neck, chest, and leg. He was attacked 19 times,” the DCP said.An investigator said the murder was preplanned. Police are probing the case from all angles, including personal enmity and monetary dispute. They suspect that three people may be involved in the crime.A case has been registered under sections 302 (murder), 201 (causing disappearance of evidence of offence, or giving false information to screen offender) and 34 (acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention) of the Indian Penal Code, police said, adding raids are being conducted to nab the accused.
