Gulia was spotted astride a scooter at 5.15am on Saturday. When asked to stop by the police team, Gulia whipped out a pistol and fired at the cops. Two rounds were fired in retaliation before we nabbed the gangster,” said Dhaliwal.Gulia is involved in nine criminal cases, six in Delhi and the rest in Haryana. A semi-automatic .32 pistol and three live cartridges were recovered from him. The scooter was found to have been stolen from Ambedkar Nagar. The Gogi gang suspected that Gupta had given police information about Fazza, an associate, resulting in his encounter death.
